We are a small team and we read everything. Whether you have found a bug, want to suggest a new tool, have a question about how the calculators work, or want to ask about advertising or privacy, here is how to reach us.

What to include
- Bug reports: tell us which tool, what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead — plus your browser and device if you can.
- Tool requests: describe the conversion or calculation you need and we'll consider adding it.
- Privacy or advertising questions: see our Privacy Policy first; if it doesn't answer your question, email us.
A note on your files
Because everything runs in your browser, we never have copies of the files or values you process — so we can't recover or inspect them for you. If something went wrong with a conversion or calculation, describe it and we'll try to reproduce it on our end.
